Returns are only accepted for full priced items within 7 days of receipt. Products sent later than 7 days will not be accepted. Please DO NOT return any item without sending an email to info@maisonlaplage.com. Returned garments must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered, or washed. You will be reimbursed on the same account which is used for the purchase. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returned products.
Merchandise on sale will not be refunded. All products on sale are exempted from our return policy.
Any custom tailored products can not be returned or exchanged.
